Ok here they are...
First place is <A HREF="http://www.sailor-games.com/oekaki/theme/data/IMG_001410_1.png">Zombiemoose</a>. You have a really good use of textures and repetition to give that "retro" feel 
Honorable mentions go to <A HREF="http://www.sailor-games.com/oekaki/theme/data/IMG_001411_1.png">Celes</A> (Kirby rocks, and so does pink), and <A HREF="http://www.sailor-games.com/oekaki/theme/data/IMG_001416.png">DeviS.</A> Even though you didn't finish, you have a good concept and it brought back memories XD.
