display issue with Code Name Sailor V on Wii

Greetings, I am having a problem running Code Name Sailor V on the Wii I got home brew and everything. The Sailor V channel shows up in there. I click to load it...

and so the problems begin..

as the black screen with text displaying the load sequence displays, half of the bottom is at the top, it's all fuzzy n stuff. The game loads, and the same thing happens - also the colour is all wrong. It's blue and purple - very limited. Most time it just freezes at the 'gang warning' screen.

Once I went in game without the top/bottom issue and played a bit (which the wrong colour) but before getting to a boss, it sorta crashed to a black screen saying it's gonna restart.

Any ideas. It's pretty random, but the colour problem is always there.

....ok so I did some messing about myself, and now most of the display stuff is fixed up. HOWEVER. When I press new game, it goes to the credits :\
