I did look in the rules to see if there was anything against this and it is fine if you wish to delete this because it is not appropriate. I did sign up but there is no validation email coming through right now, so I'm posting as a guest. Again, sorry if its against your policy to post this.
But I come from a flashchat website for roleplay, looking for active roleplayers to join up and engage in roleplay. This isn't all we are about, as often or not we are a small community of friends that has chats and plays games together, so on so forth. However, I come to the sailor moon forum specifically as I am part of an SMRP group and we are looking to rebuild what was lost when a few of our active members lost, meaning we have quite a fair few character slots open and OCs are welcome after talking to the admin of this group.
