So Anton-P said to me that this was the way to do the mercury Aqua Rhapsody attack in the Sega Saturn game.

back, back/down, down, forward/down, forward, down, forward/down, forward+[Z]

But i didnt work or is the way to do it.

or am i not fast please help.

you might not be fast enough... some moves are quite tricky to pull off, practice it a little more and perhaps you'll get it
