I'm already in the process of putting all the Sailor Moon MUGEN characters I can find on the net and putting them in MUGEN.
For those who don't know....MUGEN is a 2D Fighting game and you can add as many characters as you want. Either create your own or add already made ones. MUGEN is very popular. The current MUGEN character roster for the ultimate MUGEN game is 800 something characters, but i don't want to go that far.
The characters from Sailor Moon MUGEN I found are from the mame arcade version and even new attacks have been made.

DranzerX13, you haven't even talked to me yet about having Destiny Revival characters in MUGEN. I suggest you wait until I make an official word on the expansion packs...Then, you'll have permission to use them.

Persmission in the MUGEN community? Fat chance, those guys(guys mostly) are always stealing characters, sprites etc. And using them for their own benefit, so they can display on You Tube and go:
"guess wut i got sailor mooon chars from dis butthol, now im gona ownzzzzzz dem"

i'm not using any sprite rips from Destiny Revival. the sprite rips i'm using are from another source made for mugen.

We're not all like that... we find our source and ask permission majority of the time, some of us are skilled enough to create our own sprites and movesets. The characters take a lot of time and yes I admit a shortcut does seem quite helpful, but those who steal are not true programmers and are frowned upon... we don't do it for money so the only initiative we have is that people will use our characters.
You'd be surprised at how many mugen OPS are girls

hey I am also tryign to put a sailor moon mugen together but im really, slow so, all i can do is give ppl idea and i think u forgot a few other charters,,
sailor star healer
sailor star maker sailor star fighter
sailor luna.
sailor Iron mouse,
and sailor galexia,
and as for more bad guy
one of the doom and gloom girls would be nice,
and the main bad guys from all 3 movies,,
mistress 9
